Sky Bistro Bar ($$-$$$)
To stay in total admiration at the most beautiful view of Quebec City, head to Le Ciel! Bistro Bar. It is spectacular at all times, but especially in the evening to see the lights of the city. Be aware that you can enjoy the “show” without eating, just having a drink at the bar (18 years and older).
As for food, there is a contemporary and modern bistro style cuisine that is also quite interesting. Open Monday to Thursday from 11:30am to 10pm, Friday from 11:30am to 11pm, Saturday from 9am to 2pm and from 5pm to 11pm and Sunday from 9am to 2pm and from 5pm to 10pm.

MC Lounge of Château Bonne-Entente ($$-$$$)
The MC Lounge at Le Bonne Entente in Quebec City offers a new brunch formula on Saturdays and Sundays where you can share dishes, bubbles, cocktails and music. On Sundays, vibrate to the sound of DJ D-Vice! Concept #OnzeQuinze offers an accessible and varied menu, including raw and smoked fish, grilled and braised meats, as well as the all-you-can-eat sweet and savoury pancake bar.
Château Frontenac (Le Champlain) ($$$$)
Le Champlain, the main restaurant of the famous Château Frontenac, serves French and Quebec specialties honouring local products. His restaurant chef, the renowned Stéphane Modat, offers a new culinary philosophy.
They call him “the new” Champlain! Open every day from 6 pm to 9 pm, for Sunday brunch from 10 am to 1 pm and for the experience of “afternoon tea” (at the Dufferin) on Saturday from 2 pm to 4 pm. Free valet parking service when you eat in one of the restaurants of Château Frontenac (there is also the Bistro le Sam and the 1608 - Wine and Cheese Bar).
The Crazy Pig ($$)
In the heart of the Petit Champlain district, the Cochon Dingue is a reference for its varied bistro cuisine, attentive service and relaxed atmosphere. Don't miss the steak fried which is the specialty of the house, but also the pot pot and the pork ribs. Open Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 10pm.
