A few words about Émélie
Both a dreamer and down-to-earth, I am the kind of somewhat paradoxical person who gets almost equal pleasure from reading a collection of poetry as from making a monthly budget. At Outgo, my role is to provide the best possible service to our customers, support our partners and participate in the administrative operations of the company.
In my free time, I like to walk in nature, read a good book while petting my two cats or play a board or console game.

Purchasing local is a very important value for me, I am really excited at the idea of presenting to you my favorite, which in fact brings together several: the Monquartier en Boîte site .
I discovered Monquartier en Boîte while I was looking for a farm that could deliver a basket of fruits and vegetables to my home. All I found involved collecting said basket from a collection point. However, when you travel by public transport, it is not ideal!
My research eventually led me to the Monquartier en Boîte website. I was overjoyed to have finally found a company that could not only deliver local fruits and vegetables to me, but so much more! I also loved that no subscription was required.

Like Outgo, Monquartier en Boîte facilitates and encourages local purchasing by bringing together the talent of several local companies on the same platform.
Plus, the Monquartier en Boîte team is simply great. If a product is not available and the company has not had time to write to me to offer to substitute it for another, I am always informed when I receive my order through a professional card from the company on which the team noted the missing product. I then know that the product will be refunded to me quickly.
Being responsible for customer service at Outgo, you can imagine that I am not embarrassed to write to a company. Over the months, I have sent several suggestions for products or local businesses to Monquartier en Boîte. Each time, the team writes to me to thank me and to let me know if the addition can be made on their platform. Once, she even talked about me in her newsletter!
