All you have to do is present your E-Card in your Tim Hortons restaurant.

Terms and conditions

Register your Tim® Card at timhortons.com to protect the balance against loss, theft or malfunction. The use of your Tim Card is reserved exclusively for purchases made at participating restaurants. Tim Hortons will replace the balance accumulated on your registered card when we are notified of the loss. This card cannot be converted into cash unless required by law.
