The gift card is valid on the purchase of merchandise or services at any The Home Depot® store in Canada or the United States. The Gift Card is not a credit card and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law), check or credit. The Gift Card cannot be used to pay off any credit or loan, provide a down payment on tool rentals, or for any purchases outside of a Home Depot store. Lost, stolen or damaged. Gift cards cannot be replaced without valid proof of purchase. The value of the replacement is that of the gift card at the time it is reported lost or stolen. Gift cards purchased with cash will not be replaced except as required by law. Please contact your nearest store for details. Returns for purchases made with this gift card are subject to the terms of our Returns Policy (details available at any Home Depot store) and eligible refunds will be issued as store credit. The Gift Card may be deactivated or rejected if fraud is suspected, at the sole discretion of the issuer.
