Nestled in an enchanting setting, the ancestral farmhouse is located in the middle of the St. Lawrence River, where you can discover the unique taste of the apple of Isle-aux-Coudres includingancient varieties jealously preserved by the owners. Orchard of Île Saint-Bernard in Châteauguay
Certified organic by Ecocert Canada, the Orchard de l'Île Saint-Bernard, located 20 minutes from Montreal, offers exceptional natural and heritage resources that will certainly charm you.
The site offers about fifteen varieties of apples including Honey Crisp, Cortland, Lobo, McIntosh, Empire, Delicious and many others without pesticides. Rather than using chemicals, more “natural” methods are put forward and provide exceptional yield to the orchard.
Several apple products are also available in the shop, a real treasure of the region! On the weekend of September 22nd and 23rd, visitors will be offered activities: small market, apple shop, tractor tour, makeup, animation, children's games and background music.
